He charges a fee, of course, but it seems reasonable. My other paypal withdrawal means is thru Payoneer. I have yet to try a Philippine bank and most especially the EON. P50 huh? Coolness. If I could wait 3-4 days for my paypal cash, I usually do the withdrawal by payoneer, after which I can withdraw at any ATM that accepts mastercard. But more often than not, I can't wait 3-4 days (or 5-7 :) ) so I go the GCash route. My friend usually sends the GCash equivalent over within 2-4 hours after Paypal transfer.
